The Unit of Reproduction Endocrinology has been operating since 1997 as a special unit of the 1st Obstetrics-Gynecology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). From its establishment until 2009, it operated under the supervision of I. Papadimas, Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology – Endocrinology of the AUTh, who was succeeded by the Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology of the AUTh D.G. Goulis. The purpose of the Unit is to provide education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, to promote medical science through research, and to provide specialized clinical services in the wider field of Reproductive Endocrinology.
